I’m Stuart Kerr — a travel veteran turned tech obsessive, with a long-standing curiosity about how businesses work behind the scenes.
At 15, I joined the travel industry straight out of school on £33 a week. By 16, I’d earned my COTAC certification. I didn’t realise it then, but the high street offices I worked in sparked a lifelong fascination with how companies grow, survive, and adapt — especially when the math didn’t quite add up.
That curiosity led me into decades of entrepreneurship across travel, technology, and professional services. I built companies, saw markets evolve, and lived through the early dot-com boom (and bust). Today, my focus is on the next wave: artificial intelligence — how it transforms society, policy, and the very fabric of work.
I created LiveAIWire to cover the human side of these seismic shifts. Expect honest commentary, deep research, and the occasional raised eyebrow.
